SGLB - M-42 Bi-metal Blade |
The SGLB was designed to cover a broad range of cutting applications and to provide maximum efficiency in sawing wear-resistant tool steels. The blade's tough M-42 cobalt edge resists heat and abrasion, while the varied pitch tooth form expands the ranges of sizes and shapes that can be sawed successfully without |

SUPER HI-LO - M-42 Bi-metal Blade |
Combines the effective of the HI-LO design with a multi-set tooth design. This design allows more cutting surfaces to be in the work piece that increases cutting rates, improves surface finishes and extends blade |

PROTECTOR - Matrix Bi-metal Blade |
Protector provides long blade life and prevents tooth breakage, eliminating excessive tooth stripping. It can withstand the shock of interrupted cuts, allowing for heavier penetration for faster cutting rates. Protector uses a broaching style set pattern designed to eliminate pinching, which prevents the blade from binding |

MGLB - Matrix Bi-metal Blade |
The MGLB is best suited for cutting structural shapes, tubing and stacks of mild steel pieces. The MGLB allows band saw machines to cut a wide range of material sizes and shapes without requiring a change of blades. Its tough high-speed steel teeth resist chipping, stripping and abrasion. It can also tolerate the |

Blade Pitch selection table by material to be cut |
Note 1: |
It is recommended for optimum cutting to select a pitch to allow for 20 to 30 teeth to correspond to the cutting length. |
Note 2: |
When cutting deformed material or like that varies in the cutting length suddenly, it is desirable that at least 2 teeth are in contact with
the material constantly while cutting. |
Note 3: |
The above table based on "SGLB" should be used as a guide. Specific applicability varies somewhat depending on the characteristics
of the blades. For example, 3/4P of "PROTECTOR" is capable of cutting materials in the range including 4/6P in the above table. |
